Narrow Skinny Persian Vintage Runner / 2'11 x 11'1 Gharajeh Heriz Runner #1209

Regular price $1,800.00

Here’s a skinny one — a hand-knotted Persian runner from the tribal weavers of Northwest Persia, known as a Gharajeh. These village rugs are celebrated for their strength and character, and this one has both in spades.

With geometric medallions stacked down the field, bold natural dyes, and loads of personality, this 1940s runner shows off a mix of rugged and tribal charm. The wool is low pile, all naturally dyed, and full of life still. You'll spot a gentle fade toward the top of the runner from sun exposure over the years — part of its story and journey through time.

Some scattered wear is present (as expected and loved), but it’s structurally sound and super clean. Edges are all secured, and it's ready to roll. Great value for an old runner in a hard-to-find narrow width — perfect for hallways or a passage that needs a bit of Persian soul.

This one is built to take the traffic and will still be standing when others tap out.
