Our Policies on Shipping & Returns

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Orders to Canada ship for $50. We're happy to ship to other places internationally for $150.

How we ship: We ship fast and free! We usually ship your new-old treasure to you via UPS Ground Service. Because of the high value of many of our rugs, UPS will require your signature upon delivery. If you miss the first delivery attempt, don't panic! UPS will attempt two more times. 

On returns: We believe that every old rug has a true destiny and ought to be loved in the place that is home. We will accept returns if you have a change of heart, or if the rug just doesn't feel right for you.

To return a purchase, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 5 days of delivery. Rug(s) must be in same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Once we receive your return, we deduct shipping costs plus a 10% fee to cover transaction fees we are charged by our commerce platform that are sunk costs. If you'd like to avoid the payment processing fees, you can message us and we can help manage your order the old school by ACH/Wire or you can send BPR a check.

As a small business built on love of these treasures, we work hard to keep our prices low and to make it as painless as possible for you to take a chance on one of our rugs. We will continue to be the rare vintage and antique rug shop that offers returns.
