3'1 x 3'1 Square Caucasian Rug (#1318) / 3x3 Square VIntage Rug

This rare and square antique woven piece offers beautiful tribal art. You will see animal elements in the scatter rug and pinwheels of life all along its borders.

This was woven in the late 19th Century in the Caucasus mountains and with all natural vegetable dyed wool, on a wool foundation. It is soft to the touch and folds up like a handkerchief. This is a collectible and we’re proud to have it in the collection and extend it at great value. 

Condition: Low pile. The side edges are a bit tattered, but the rug itself is fully intact and in nice shape. 

This will make an excellent floor piece but also will serve up as amazing wall art. 

A rug pad will ship with this on the house.
