A very tribal wool rug from circa 1880-1900 with a powerful design that will lay beneath you, this old Persian is from a nomadic group that is known for their unique aesthetic and craftsmanship.
This Persian Afshar is low pile and with scattered wear and was woven with naturally dyed wool on a wool foundation.
Afshar rugs are collectables as well, due to the scarcity of its kind, but we always have it well priced and at a great buy for a great piece of history over here at Blue Parakeet Rugs! We believe every home should be decorated with old rugs. :-)
