6x7 vintage rug / Persian Shiraz Rug #1619

This old village rug was woven in circa 1920 by the tribal weavers of Shiraz located in Persia. The wool is soft to the touch and has some pile your feet with love...the texture of this small rug is something else. It was woven on a wool foundation and has a soft, floppy handle.

Low pile, worn. Woven with all natural, vegetable dyed wool.
