The spandrels echo back, whispering the same palette, nodding in agreement. The whole rug is framed by border bands of fantastic botanical patterns that complement the overall composition.
The wool, rich with lanolin’s ancient sheen, hums under light, soft, yes, but dense. A century of feet won’t phase it. Another century won’t either. It doesn’t just withstand time; it absorbs it, thickens with it. The weave is solid, full, unyielding and will be very plush underfoot.
