The little rug that could!
This 1940s vintage Persian handwoven rug bursts with color and character. Low pile and worn with coarse knotting, woven in the rugged NW mountains of Persia, this little mat is a storied piece with a geometric design and powerful medallions in its field. It comes from the Gharajeh village in the Heriz region, a small and isolated place, with unpaved roads.
Although it has marks of life, it will still serve and withstand foot traffic. Will ship with a custom cut rug pad on the house to keep it put.
